  1. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes. Carefully peel back film lid and stir meal. Place film lid back over meal and return to oven. Continue to cook on HIGH for a further 1 – 1½ minutes.
  3. Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid and stir meal.
  4. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on a 1000W oven. Please adjust accordingly.


Keep frozen at or below minus 18°C. If contents become thawed, use as soon as possible. Do not refreeze.
