1. Preheat oven and oven tray to 200°C fan forced for 10 minutes. Line oven tray with baking paper.2. Spread McCain Sweet Potato Extra Crinkle in a single layer on the lined preheated oven tray and place in the top half of the oven.3. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 8 – 10 minutes until they’re lovely and crisp, serve immediately. Regular turning is unnecessary.
